Travel and access fees may apply based on distance, parking, tolls, valet, stairs, elevator access, building entry requirements, walking distance, and equipment transport. Applicable fees will be communicated before appointment confirmation.
Parking, valet, toll, and other location-specific access charges may be added to the final total when applicable.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve every appointment. The deposit is applied toward the final service cost and is not an additional charge. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The 50% deposit policy applies to individual services, bridal services, bridal parties, and group bookings.

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Delays caused by parking, gate entry, concierge/security, building access, or the client not being ready may reduce available service time. Significant delays may require rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The remaining 50% service balance, plus applicable travel, access, parking, valet, toll, or other location-specific charges, is due on the day of the appointment.
